It is my sad duty to inform you that if you issue the truncate table command in Oracle 7.1.3 and you are not the owner of the table, even though you have been granted the delete privilege, you will receive an ORA-01031: Insufficient privileges error. Received on Fri Nov 25 1994 - 22:25:03 CET
