If you did a normal Oracle Windows install of the installer, required support files, and SQLNet TCP/IP on this client you should have an \ORAWIN\ directory. Under it is a \BIN\ directory among others. This will have all the Oracle DLLs in it. You need more than just SQLTCP.DLL. With third party stuff you need to add that to the path IE: C:\ORAWIN\BIN; Received on Wed Nov 23 1994 - 11:54:18 CET
