Dennis,

PB has never been able to fully explore Oracle features such as SP and PL/SQL. PS blames Oracle for your incooperative and secretive approach. With this new merger, the open connectivity of PB could only get worse. CDE was grown up from an Oracle specific implementation. The image will stay the same for a while. It's certainly a good timing for Oracle to promote the CDE to PB community and it will have a long-term impact.
