Forms 3.0 Against 2 or more views?

Greetings! How would one construct a form which can be used to query/write against two or more tables? The basic structure of each table is identical; I would like to have a master-detail form in which the user enters a table name in the control block, with the details from the table returned into the detail block. The user could then return to the control block, enter a different table name, and repeat the process. Thanks in advance.
