Increasing the open cursor parameter will not take additional memory. Each cursor that is allowed to open past your current parameter of 50 will take additional memory.
You are unfortunately caught between necessary evils. Either add open cursors and let your applications run or face the wrath of end users or end management. Received on Thu Nov 17 1994 - 16:32:09 CET
