Oracle Workgroup Server vs. OracleWare ?

Does anyone have a good explanation for the differences between Oracle's Workgroup Server (there new NT product) and OracleWare. The only difference that is obvious is the price and the OracleWare is preconfigured for use with Netware.
Any info would be helpful,
