Joyce,

Although I'm not sure which environment your developing in, I can give you the procedure in the Windows/Forms 4.0.12.1.17 world. You simply move your old inp onto the PC (assuming that's where your doing development) and run the Oracle Forms Generator. At this point an Option screen comes up and asks for your filename (supply the inp), Userid, Password, etc. About the 14th line of this fill in the blank form is the "Upgrade 3.0 Form or 5.0 Menu to 4.0 Module?", here when you check the box and click the 'OK' button, you will find a nice new fmb file which you will need to clean up. Please note that you will not receive ANY message letting you know it worked, just back to the program manager!

If you working under Motif, the procedure should be quite similar, and hopefully produce a cleaner form (better field spacing) than the windows version.

Hope this helps,
