SQL/statistics tool request

I'd like to hear about any tools that interface to  Oracle (have SQL_at_NET
capabilities) that allow graphical query creation and allow some statistics
to be done. I'd like to avoid doing a selection and then moving the data to
a spreadsheet or other tools in order to do medians, means and standard
deviations etc. Better yet, it would be great to be able to graph frequency
distributions based on the results of a query.
