Oracle Support, or lack th

  This reminds me of how GTE is raving about how they are going to bring all this 21st cent Info-Highway nonsense. I wish they would get their plain old telephone service functioning in the '90s.   

  It seems to me like the niceties they list on the box or liturature is complete hokum. I mean the whole bulleted list  

  • we have good stuff
  • we have good stuff
  • our world class tech support is famous
  • etc.. etc..

  It seems this is just a marketing ploy dreamed up by marketing weenies that have no idea about the product or the tech support woes. My suggestion is to have at least up-and-running tech support for free as a courtesy to those who took the plunge to use their product. Oh well, greed has its price.
