New Instance Creation problem on HP

OK - I'm trying to use orainst to create a new database instance on an HP 9000. We already have 3 instances running. The install log has the following:
SQLDBA> ORA-12540: TNS:internal limit restriction exceeded
Anyone give me a clue on what to do to resolve this? Shutting down other instances is NOT an option here, BTW. Thanks in advance!! Received on Tue Sep 13 1994 - 20:43:22 CEST
