I recently received an email from the head of Oracle Support on another issue, and he seemed fairly interested in hearing this kind of stuff from customers - you know how bad news never travels up the chain. I bet you could get a pretty good response by sending him a note with your horror stories, and some suggestions on how they could do things better. Perhaps post your note and any response you receive here as well so we can all learn what's going on.
