Question on How to call a Select stmt in a Stored Procedure ?

I am trying to execute a stored procedure which contains a select from within an OCI C program. I can't find any examples and my program is failing with an ORA-6502 PL/SQL numeric or value error.

Any examples or assistance will be greatly appreciated. I'm stuck on this error message.
