SQL*Net SPX in Win-OS/2 session?

Has anyone successfully gotten a connection to a Netware Oracle server using SQL*Net SPX for Windows in a Win-OS/2 session? I'm currently using OS/2 2.11 with Netware Client 2.1. I've got it all installed properly, but when it tries to connect, it says a message like "IPX not loaded," when, in fact I do have VIPX enabled and VNETX set to GLOBAL.

I have gotten network aware applications to run in Win-OS/2 sessions before
(e.g. I can remap the ports in Control Panels, remap drives in File
Manager, etc.) so it isn't that I'm unaware of how it _should_ be done. It's just that SQL*Net is one of the programs that just doesn't seem to want to work.

If anyone has got it working, I'd be very grateful if you'd share the settings. (I hate booting to DOS, just to run ORACLE Forms) Thanks,
