Oracle/Tuxedo Connection Problem

I have just installed Oracle 7.1.3 with the new Oracle XA library 1.1.1. We are using Tuxedo 4.2.1 on an RS/6000 version 3.2.5. The problem we have encountered is that the service does not get any errors when doing the tp_open() to the TMS_Oracle resource manager. When the first request is processed we get an ORA-01012 (Not logged in). Does anyone have any suggestions? This was working with the Old Oracle XA library 1.0.3 and Oracle 7.0.16.
