Trouble loading 180Meg data file

(Oracle V. 7.0, Novell Netware Server 3.12, 486DX266, 32M of ram)

We are trying to use SQLLoader in order to load a long data file to the database, but at that time our Netware server halts. It says "Multiple Abends" or "Exeptional Processor Protection Error Code" and it crashes. We tryed to increase cache_buffer size, but for that we need to reinstall Novell(pain in the neck). Does anybody have an idea what could we do?
