Oracle Forms and Ingres db

Hi netters,
I have 2 questions (or a two part question)
* I need to know if Oracle Forms (4.0 or 3.0) can be used to
access an Ingres Database ??
- If so what tools would be required on both databases.??
The platform for this operation is SUNs running SUNOS 4.1.3, 4.1.2
