SQL*Net -error ORA-07320

Hello ,
I have installed SQL*Net version 1 TCP/IP on both a client ( with local database ) and a server ( with a local database). System is Silicon Graphics IRIX 5.2 with ORACLE version 7.0.15.4. The problem is : When I try to connect to the server database I get the error :
ERROR: ORA-01034: ORACLE not available
ORA-07320: smsget: shmat error when trying to attach sga. SVR4 Error: 13: Permission denied
The string I used to connect was:

    sqlplus username/password_at_T:server_name:database_name In Administrator's reference/ORA-7320 guide I read : "Verify that the segment exists and that permissions ar correct" Could you please tell me what I need to do to fix it. Thank you , Francis
