Xlib sequence lost when run F4 and R20

When I run CDE products like Form 4 and Reports 2, I always get Xlib: sequence lost warning message, but I can still go ahead.

The message I got from f40desm is

    :Xlib: sequence lost (0x10003 > 0xaa0) in reply type 0x12! This happens when I exit from f40desm.

The message I got from r20desm is:

    Xlib: sequence lost (0x10003 > 0x3d3) in reply type 0x15!     Xlib: sequence lost (0x10003 > 0x1713) in reply type 0x15! This happens when I enter r20desm and exit from r20desm respectively.

Could you tell me what is wrong or I missed something when I installed them?
