ORACLE CARD replacement (was Re: oracle & oracle card)

Thanks to the commercial people of Oracle-US, Oracle Card is no more sold in France, and I guess in the rest of the World, despite the fact Oracle Card was an excellent tool to develop highly interactive application which hides the database aspects to the end user.

Now Oracle tells us to simply change months of work of several software guys.

Does anybody know of third party software with the same functionnalities than CARD ? Does anybody know of an HYPERCARD-like for PC in MS-Windows ? If this exists, how to put SQL statements in it ?
