Caution! Potentially incorrect answer to this question below! :-) :-)

What you need is the HP version of Oracle forms 4, in both it's character based and X/Motif incarnations (I think they come together, but don't quote me!).

You can save the .fmb files (or perhaps better, convert them to the .fmt text format to be on the safe side) in Oracle forms 4 for MS Windows and then load them up into Oracle forms 4 for Unix (HP) and generate them there. You can then use them in either the X/Motif environment or in the character mode environment (for your dial-in users & their laptops).

Forms 4 does not provide the ability to produce executable files, for any but the specific platform it's licensed for, which is what I suspect what you were hoping for.
