Running Forms 4.0 on OSF Motif, I'm trying to attach icons to buttons. The documentation is sparse on this.
I created icons using `bitmap' which appear to be in the same format as icons delivered with CDE. They don't show up when I run the form. I've tried tweeking the pathnames to the icons, even using the delivered icons.
