Menu5 Install Error

Dear All,
When installing Menu5 as part of oracle 7.0.16.4 under solaris 2.3 , I receive the following error message .
menus.ins(449): FILE_NOT_FOUND while copying %src%lib/fortran/proforxt.mk (perm ission denied).

Anyone seen this before or got any idea whats causing it ? Any help will be appreciated
