Re: Oracle buying GUPTA SQLWindows?

According to my news sources Oracle has no intention of taking over Gupta. Apparently, the purchase of Gupta stocks was a "temporary" and "strategic" move ie Oracle bought the stocks at around $7 to $12 and resold them at $13. Anyone else heard otherwise?
