A Systems Analyst at our site wrote a program that creates an SQL*Forms 3.0 keystroke script that is designed to populate the entity-attribute form. We then pass the name of the script on the command-line that starts Case*Dictionary. This same approach can be used for other Case forms like Help, Indexes, etc.
