Online backup or 3rd party vendor

Can anyone tell me their online Oracle backup strategy. I have a 20 Gig database with 4 Gig tapes, so I need to spread out my backups using at least 5 tapes. Just summarize what your script does.

Can anyone recommend supported backup software that works on various platforms and hopefully has tape management with allowances for tape write errors and ties in easily with Oracle online backup,exports and unix backups. Received on Thu Jul 21 1994 - 02:50:46 CEST
