Where can I get good, simple examples of Pro*C source and makefiles for building DLLs? We're using Microsoft Visual C++, but would rather use the simplest, external (non-MSVC++) makefiles if possible.
Since I have a "Programmer's Guide to the ORACLE Precompilers", and a "Pro*C Supplement to the Oracle Precompilers Guide", I guess I'm looking for a "Windows Supplement to the Pro*C Supplement to the ORACLE Precompilers Guide"... ;)
