Has anybody encountered an ORA-12540 (TNS limit exceeded) in Oracle 7.0.15.4 for AIX 3.2.4? Oracle has not been able to help me on this one -- it happens when executing a manual distribution (using the refresh packaged proc included with the distributed option.)
