X$KCBRBH & X$BCBCBH Tables

I have not been able to get any reasonable results from these two statistics tables. I would like to know if my database is running with the optimum number of db_block_buffers.

By the way, I am running Version 7.0.15.4. Has anybody had luck with theses 2 statistic tables ?

Any suggestions welcome.
