Of course, this is a COMPLETELLY UNSUPPORTED procedure. If you are going to do this, I would recommend taking a user export of the dictionary owner first. This is so that when everything starts behaving really wierd and incorrectly, you can follow Oracle support's advice of restoring to this backup.
