: Can SQL*Forms applications run under Oracle Forms?
Yes. Absolutely.
: Is there a conversion that is required?
Yes. The process is similar to converting version 2 forms to version 3 forms. Forms3 pages will convert to canvases in Forms 4. Run the genform40 executable with the -? option to see the parameters for the conversion. Your *.inp files will convert to *.fmb files. You must generate and you will be ready to go.
: Does it work 100% of the time? Any problems or bugs?
I have not heard of any problems
