	... maybe You use EXP and IMP(!) and after IMP all
	records are duplicated.
	See Your IMP-manual for the parameters to overwrite
	existing records when IMPorting.

General I hope when You use CREATE UNIQUE INDEX ON <tablename> the problem will be away in the future.
