There is a full-fledged Oracle7 Server for Windows NT available, and just recently Oracle released the Oracle Workgroup Server SDK for Windows NT. This is a complete Oracle7 Server, including the Procedural Option, Oracle Glue, SQL*Plus, the Oracle7 ODBC driver and a very useful set of tools to maintain the Server in an easy way. Installation is a piece of cake and takes only approx 5 minutes from CD (3.5" floppies are also included).
