Opinion on SPARC-10 vs Sparc-5

One of my customers is usings a SPARC-10/51 running ver 6 of Oracle. They want to move that system over into another department and buy an new SPARC-5 for their needs. The database usage is currently light < 20 users. But they can forsee it growing up to ~150 users. Will a SPARC-5 cut it as a database server? I can get them to buy 64meg or maybe 128meg of memory and spread the dbms out over 4 or 5 disks. BUT will the SPARC-5 (85Mhz Micro-Sparc-II) be able to handle the load? Thoughts...
