SQL*Forms 3.x --> Can it re-connect to the DB?

Does anyone know if any version of SQL*Forms 3.x contains a command to Allow it to re-connect to the database. I know the earlier versions don't, but I heard a rumor that one of the later releases contained such a beast.
I realize I could use a USER-EXIT, but if SQL*Forms comes with this capability, it would make life much easier and cleaner.
