Not exactly true. Oracle for NT doesn't require NTAS. It will run on standard NT. Oracle has released a product called 'Oracle Workgroup Server' which is O7 for NT(no distributed option, limited connections), tuned initial rdbms, some Win3.1 dba-type tools, sqlnet named pipes, oracle glue, plus and odbc in the box. Designed for small work groups without a dba....
