Followup information: Running Oracle 7.0.15 on an NCR/3445 running UNIX SVR4 (NCR release 2.02), oraperl (V2, PL4) is based on 4.0.35 perl.
Oraperl was linked under Oracle 7.0.12 but seems to run otherwise. (It wouldn't link under 7.0.15, probably because the PRO*C library references changed again.)
