SQLDBA Screen Mode Problems

I am encountering the following error message while trying to run SQLDBA. I am running Oracle 7.0.16.4 for Solaris x86. I've tried a number of things to do with setting different values for ORATERMPATH and ORACLE_TERM. Any help would be most appreciated. Replies may be posted or mailed.
