run SQL*FORMS on IBMPC from remote login

If I use MS Window terminal tool on my clone PC to remote dialin a server host to run any ORACLE Forms, what resource I should use. Can the SQL*Forms be run from the remote MS Window ? Should I use vt100 or ansi resource file ? Any help will be appreciated.
