We have a problem with a dynamic cursor in PB that selects only 1 row. It
selects 7 derived columns, using decodes, and works fine, but when an eighth
is added, the fetch gives the error message that the cursor is not open. If
the columns selected are simplified to be straight columns or literal strings,
it works fine. Is there some limitation on the size of the query or number of
selected items that can be controlled?
