Oracle7 under Windows NT Adv Server?

Has anyone had experience with running Oracle7 on an NTAS machine?
Specifically, how does it compare with Oracle7 running on SCO Unix. The
Hardware is a Compaq Pro-Liant 2000 (dual Pentium 66) Machine with 64 meg Ram.
Is it stable? Is it faster that SCO?
