Forms 4.0 on Sun Problem

Just finished installing Forms 4.0 (Version 4.0.11) on a Sun (Solaris 2.3). The version of the Oracle kernel is 7.0.15.4

The install went OK but when we run the forms designer (oraform40m) and try to open a new form, we get a core dump with a Segmentation fault error.

We've got a call into Oracle support, but I thought I'd try here as well.

Any thoughts, ideas, experiences, etc would be greatly appreciated.
