You might want to take a look at GQL which is produced by Andyne Computing. They can be reached at:

GQL stands for "Graphical Query Language" and reports can be generated quite easily simply by building relationships and pointing-clicking with the mouse. GQL runs under Windows, Mac (there is also a separate report writer available exclusively for the Mac...called Pablo I think), and possibly OS/2 and NT (not sure on those last two).
