V6 Rollback segments can be specified with a PCTINCREASE. In V7, one is not allowed to specify PCTINCREASE--So, one can easily calculate the max storage a ROLLBACK_SEG can grab : Total = INITIAL + (NEXT * (MAXEXTENTS -1))
