Interesting problem. I happen to be doing the same for my client. It supports telemetry, tracking & control of satellites. I would be interested in any responses that you may receive. Currently, I am in the process of reviewing the data access requirements and am attempting to determine what are the hit rates against the database. I am also looking at real-time data acquisition and display using a c/s architecture.
