Does anyone have experience reading _and_ writing to/from RMS on a VAXcluster with Oracle 7? I understand that I can write a server with Oracle Pipes or wait for the Oracle Procedural Gateway.
I am looking for 1) feasibility, 2) performance, 3) degree of difficulty, 4) languages supported.
Again, Oracle 7 database on DEC Alpha in VAXcluster with RMS files. Need to read and write rms from application on Alpha.
