Yeah I've done the CBT SQLPLus, Forms 3 and Data Modelling. They're ok for a total beginner who needs the absolute basics, but for anyone who requires practical i.e real life knowledge where more than one table for instance is required forget it. Not too sure about the DBA one but I've no doubt they're all much of a muchness,
The traoning courses are definitely more useful for use in real life scenario situations, and they do a nice lunch as well.
