Client/Server Elements with Oracle RDBMS

EXPERIENCE WITH Client/Server Elements REQUESTED ....

Anybody ....

        Our project concider purchasing C/S Elements from Neuron Data to build GUI applications on top of Oracle 7.0 (7.1 upgrade later). The target platforms  are Windows 3.1- and X-clients with UNIX servers (over LAN's and WAN's). The main issues are speed and portability. An alternative is Oracle Case with Forms 4.0 and Oracle Graphics, but it has been reported that Oracle Forms 4.0 is slow (and thus requires expensive memory upgrading (diskless PC's)) i a client/server environment with heavy network load.

        If you have any experience with either of these products in a similar environment, do not hesitate to give us your views ...
