Sqlload vs sqlldr ?

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between sqlldr and sqlload?

On 6.0.33 you had both but only sqlload is documented.
On 6.0.37 you only have sqlldr.
On 7.0.16 you are back to both.

Which to use and what is the difference?
