Loading Long fields using SQLOADER help

I need to load a long datatype from a file. can anyone mail me sample
sqlloader-scripts scripts which u would have stashed away?I would like to have
samples of free-format and fixed format loading scripts.
Ur help would be appreciated.The long field is stored in a file as many
physical records and i need to concatenate them i guess. I am missing some
key-words which i am not able to put together.A sample script would be great.
