Silicon Graphics recently announced 1786 tpc-b on their Challenge series with Oracle7. This was a 60% increase of the previous "record" at a substantially lower cost per transaction. Contact SGI for details on hardware configuration.

This probably isn't of much use if you're comparing to NT...
